NCD Testimonial: No amount of planning can generate the life of the Holy Spirit in a fellowship. But when the Holy Spirit begins to give life, willing workers and vision, where do we focus our energies? This is where Natural Church Development has assisted us. Once a month we gather all our elders, ministry leaders and those that are being developed as laborers. Together we review the general principles and then I lead a discussion on our current "minimum factors". This approach develops a broad consensus concerning our goals for the church. It draws out unexpected strengths of different people. Because it is a larger group of people, sometimes the delegation of specifics is instantaneous - people like implementing their own ideas!

With the use of this helpful tool, God is developing a consensus among us on strategies for the ministry vision with which he has entrusted us.
